Lexi Reiger is a nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. She was born in Singapore where she grew up until she left the island to attend Seattle University for nursing. She has worked in women’s health since 2010 and for five of those years enjoyed working at CPMC in labor and delivery. She also has been teaching nursing students at the University of San Francisco since 2014.
In 2012, Lexi apprenticed midwives at a women’s health clinic in Cuidad Vieja, Guatemala. It was this gratifying experience that helped Lexi realize that she was passionate about, not only labor and delivery, but also about women’s health as a whole. In 2017 she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a nurse practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University. Lexi is committed to providing her patients with a holistic and medically balanced approach to their needs. She feels honored to be a part of such an intimate aspect of a woman’s life. She works together with her patients and understands that healthcare is a dialogue and partnership.
During her free time, Lexi loves to travel, hike, road bike, and rock climb. Lexi and her husband especially love to explore the Sierra Nevadas in California and the Cascades in Oregon.
