Please note that Golden Gate OBGYN requires a $250 advance as part of our New Patient Cancellation & No-Show Policy. This is an offset payment that not only confirms your New Patient Visit to establish care our group, but it is also applied toward any out-of-pocket patient responsibility associated with that visit that is not covered by your insurance plan, payable to Golden Gate OBGYN. New Patient Appointments are in high demand and require a lot of effort from our staff and providers to create your electronic health record.  

New Patient Appointments cancelled with three (3) or more business days advance notice will be refunded the $250 advance.
