Natalia Oviedo-Rojas is a nurse practitioner specializing in midwifery and women’s health. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Natalia earned her master’s degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She has integrated her skills in prenatal and gynecological care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care at Kaiser Permanente, UCSF, SF General Hospital, and several community clinics across San Francisco.

Natalia was also part of UCSF’s MILK Research Lab, whose focus was to improve maternal health outcomes through access to high-quality human milk feeding resources, comprehensive lactation support, and donor human milk. Before her current role, she worked as a nurse at a fertility clinic and spent five years as a mental health counselor, bringing a holistic approach to her practice.

In her free time, Natalia enjoys reading, traveling, and engaging in outdoor adventures. She loves spending quality time with her kids, whether they’re having movie or game nights, exploring new places, or hitting the slopes during the winter months.
